1. Services Provided

J&M Home Cleaning LLC offers residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to: standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom cleaning requests. Service availability may vary depending on location, schedule, and team availability.

2. Bookings and Estimates

  • All service requests are subject to confirmation by our team.

  • Estimates provided via phone, email, or website form are based on the information you provide and may change upon on-site inspection.

  • Accurate details must be provided to ensure proper service and pricing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-show) may result in a service charge.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, or any other method agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Late or failed payments may incur additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property during the scheduled service time.

  • Remove personal items, pets, and valuables from service areas.

  • Inform us of any special cleaning instructions, allergies, or surface sensitivities in advance.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

7. Liability and Damages

  • J&M Home Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly installed fixtures, or unstable items.

  • We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or secured prior to the cleaning.

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any fragile or sensitive items before the service begins.

8. Website Use

  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

  • All content (text, images, branding) on the website is the property of J&M Home Cleaning LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws.
